New Delhi: The second wave of Corona has badly affected the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). IPL had to be postponed after 3 matches. Two new teams will join the IPL next season. For which the tender was to be issued this month, but according to sources it has now been postponed for two months. The board's focus is on completing the remaining 21 matches of the 12th season. "This is not the right time to talk about new IPL teams," a board official said. Deferred season planning has to be considered. Only then can a decision be taken on the new teams in IPL 203. At present, the BCCI has no chance on this issue. If the current season does not end, the board could lose Rs 200 crore to Rs 500 crore.
